HotLeads into Salesforce.com
with VisitorTrack®
Your website is a lead
generation machine. Now those anonymous website Visitors can
be automatically routed into Salesforce for sales and marketing
follow-up. Just like HotLeads, your website's high-activity
Visitors will be identified, then deposited into a corresponding
Salesforce Account.
Here's
how it works.

The Salesforce.com
integration uses the same business rules as set in a
VisitorTrack HotLeads settings to identify
a high-value Visitor. When this Visitor is categorized as
a HotLead, an automated eMail Alert can be sent out. In
addition, this data can also be sent to a Salesforce.com
account.

It's easy to set this
up in VisitorTrack - and takes only a minute or two.

VisitorTrack will
access the information for the business Visitor to your website,
and track their actions. Then, when they become a HotLead,
a designated Salesforce.com account is accessed.
Access is enabled using the standardized Salesforce.com security
protocols, and token.

VisitorTrack will
analyze the Salesforce.com account to determine if there is a
corresponding record - as a "Lead" "or as an "Account." A
de-duping process occurs. If a matching Salesforce record is not identified, the
Visitor
record is deposited at the Account level.

This valuable
information will be inserted into Salesforce.com within seconds
or minutes of the Visit to your website.

the "Force.com Web Services API Integration Platform" from
Salesforce. Your edition of Salesforce.com must allow for
